DescriptionFormal refresher events promote the retention and application of CPI principles and techniques and will reinforce the core concepts taught in the initial training. CPI recommends staff attend a formal training event every 6 to 12 months. Learners should attend a formal refresher event only after they have successfully completed the full initial training.
