Day 1 is designed to explore the Role of a Paraeducator including the topics of Professional Conduct, Trauma, Confidentiality, Behavior Strategies and Special Education.
Day 2 is designed to move beyond understanding the role of a para and into high-impact instructional practices. Participants will build the skills and confidence needed to actively support student learning, behavior and classroom instruction.
Day 2 will also include a technology session on Google for Education Tools.
