| Description | | NDE and ESU9 at Hastings will host a 2-day ADVISER Train-the-Trainer Workshop on March 7-8, 2018 from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm with lunch provided. This workshop is primarily for ESU/VST members who will be conducting and supporting the upcoming Spring ADVISER Workdays.
Day 1: PowerSchool Training Day: The day will be spent talking through some common issues and troubleshooting techniques. Publish and test year-end collection domains; i.e. Student grades, behavior, programs and attendance. Work to develop some overall ADVISER PowerSchool best practices. By the end of the day, attendees will have a clear understanding of where all the Ed-Fi fields/resources are. Attendees will need to be able to log into and have access to a PowerSchool.
Day 2: NDE ADVISER Training Day: The day will focus on ADVISER Validation (new errors and reports), SRS 101 ADVISER Update, ADVISER Dashboard and reviewing the overall NDE message and terminology.
