DescriptionEngaging students in developing as skilled communicators is the work of all teachers.  Becoming a teacher of writing is a skill that can be developed by every educator in an effort to support the continuous learning and application of writing in every content area.

The Write Traits Level I training is an engaging and active event designed to build understanding in how writing can be integrated across all grade levels and in all content
areas.  Participants leave with a deeper understanding of and ideas for instruction and evaluation around each of the six Traits of Writing evaluated on the Nebraska State Assessment in Writing (NeSA-W).
