| Description | | ESU 9 will host the regional Six-Traits analytic scoring session for
districts interested in instructional baseline data for improving student
writing performance.
Districts that send papers for scoring will select teachers trained in
the Six-Traits Model to participate as scoring judges. Registration will be via registration packet, which will be sent to schools in both Fall and Spring. |

ESU 9 will host the regional Six-Traits analytic scoring
session for districts interested in instructional baseline data for improving

Districts will receive the writing prompts and further information for
participation in this scoring session in early fall. Districts that send papers for scoring will select teachers
trained in the Six-Traits Model to participate as scoring judges.
Regional Six-Traits Scoring of Student Papers:
November 3, 2010:
Papers written to the 8th and 11th grade prompts
will be scored.
November 4, 2010:
Papers written to the 4th grade prompt will be scored.
Registration and participation information will be sent to
districts by October.

October 19, 2010
