This full-day interactive training combines the power of music and movement with effective data collection strategies to enhance preschool learning and classroom collaboration.
The morning session, Move, Groove, and Grow, will explore how music and movement support cognitive, physical, social-emotional, and language development in young children. Participants will discover developmentally appropriate activities, creative ways to integrate music into daily routines, and share favorite ideas to inspire classroom practices.
In the afternoon, GOLD in Action will focus on streamlining data collection and collaboration in the classroom. Educators and paraeducators will learn to apply GOLD teaching strategies during small group instruction, adopt efficient data collection methods, and share best practices for engaging the entire team in assessment processes.
