| Description | | NDE School Safety and Security Office Presents: Emergency Operations Plan Workshop
School safety, crisis, and/or threat assessment teams will analyze, review, and update current district plans that aid in prevention, preparedness, response, and recoveryfrom a threat, hazard or incident.
Members from NDE’s School Safety and Security Office will provide an overview of how safety planning, threat assessment, standard response protocols, and crisis response methods work together to create a system of safety and security for all students and staff.
District teams will have time to work as a team to review and update current plans. NDE’sSchool Safety and Security staff will also be available for support and answering any questions.
Schools are encouraged to bring school safety and crisis team members. Team members will need to have access to their district’s EOP plans and crisis/PFA plans to utilize and review during work time as a team. |
