| Description | | This is a 2-hour workshop provided by the Nebraska Co-Leads. The purpose of the workshop is to review the requirements for the implementation of the Individuals with Disabilities Act, Part C Early Intervention Program for Infants and Toddlers with Disabilities and the Nebraska Department of Education and Health and Human Services Administrative Codes 92 NAC 52 and 480 NAC 1 to assure that the rules and regulations are understood and followed. The training includes practical case scenario discussions and Q/A sessions.-
As part of the PRT 9 Corrective Action Plan, EDN Services Coordinators, School district reps/SPED Directors, and EI providers from each district are required to attend.
