Explore fun watercolor techniques and experiment with layering a variety of media with the watercolor to create interesting, layered images. Explore and practice a variety of watercolor techniques using simple tools and materials to create backgrounds. Then, explore using a variety of drawing media to layer upon the watercolor backgrounds. And finally, experiment with additional mixed media processes, such as collage and stitching with embroidery thread. Bring photos or sketches for reference if you wish. |
