DescriptionJoin Kristen (ESU9) and Kris Kampovitz (NeMTSS) for a dynamic and collaborative day offering dedicated work time for in-depth analysis, decision-making, and the formulation of an effective school improvement plan. The day will begin with identifying your current status and needs.  Where is your school district at this time in the continuous improvement cycle? What data have you identified?  What are effective ways--with examples--to conduct an analysis of your diverse types of data? What resources are available to formulate an action plan driven by purpose and ownership?  In what ways can implementation be inclusive with accountability?  When does your team have time for reflection of the work that has been accomplished?  This day is TIME for you to learn, reflect, practice, plan, and prepare.

NDE and NeMTSS materials and resources are provided. Please bring your devices, school profile, and all collected data.
