Agenda:
9:00-9:15 - Welcome

9:15-10:30 - Do You Hear What I Hear?
Taking off on language acquisition, we'll explore how important listening is music instruction. Listening is an important way we can develop our student's musicianship and expressivity. Experience a few different listening lessons you can use in your music classroom and work with others to try your hand at creating some new lessons, too. Help kids learn to respond and connect to a variety of musical style and genres.

10:30-10:45 - Break

10:45-11:30 - Fine Arts Education Update
Learn about what's happening with fine arts education at the state level.

11:30-12:15 - Lunch

12:15-1:00 - Fine Arts Educators Collaboration
You're in a space with folks who do what you do! Bring a lesson plan to share! Come with strategies and tips to share! Let's celebrate each other's expertise and learn collaboratively.

1:00-1:30 - Fine Arts Education & Ed Tech Resource Exploration
There's lots out there to help support your work as an arts educator. We'll take time to explore some arts ed and ed tech resources. Have a favorite site or app? Bring it along and add to the list.

1:30-1:45 - Break

1:45 - 2:45 - Top Secret Music Games
