You will receive a crash course on the Nebraska legislative process and also take part in a mock hearing to better understand the art of effective testimony. Please join us for dinner and a unique learning experience.
Legislators value hearing from school board members much more than they do school administrators. They feel as fellow elected officials, rather than hired employees, board members better reflect the desires of their constituents. This event will help you better understand the legislative process and experience what it is like to testify at a senate hearing. |
