CommentsOn the Same Page is a hands-on introduction to using visuals as a learning and teaching strategy. The session is designed to provide multiple opportunities to practice visual language strategies for direct use in the classroom or home visiting environments. Participants can expect time to workshop strategies for a variety of situations, and see examples of visuals used in home settings.

The presenter, Erin Sams is an Educator and Community Well-Being Advocate. Her mission is to provide education that promotes community knowledge, collaboration, and equity. Experiences in early childhood education and administration; community-based food programs; as well as community partnership coordination provides the motivation for her work. Erin’s interest in the interconnectedness of narratives fuels her desire to create space for complex whole systems thinking and planning.
