Description | | Updates to, or conversion between, filtering interfaces sometimes requires more formal training and work time to be sure each school configuration remains as desired. This session will provide guided work time and expert troubleshooting for tech coordinators to set up filtering and reporting according to district policy. For tech coordinators less familiar with Netsweeper and/or Fortinet filtering feature sets, this is also an opportunity to explore previously unknown features. |

Comments | | This section will provide schools the opportunity to convert from Netsweeper 3 to either Netsweeper 5 or FortiGate web filtering, gain access to the appropriate administrative interfaces, learn about managing categories and custom URL lists, and discuss automated policy schedules and reporting features.
The day is termed a "work session," so much freedom will be given regarding hours of attendance. Tech coordinators should schedule at least 3 hours of work time, and additional time if they have never administered their chosen filter interface. |
