Over the past decade, Physical Education has undergone a transformation in rigor and focus and now is recognized as essential to a young person's overall education experience and a foundation for lifelong healthy living. Learn about the recently revised Nebraska Physical Education Standards, process that was utilized, and how Nebraska deviated from the traditional standards and created course content standards for their high school standards in order to provide greater direction to their educators and administrators. |
