Come join us for a 2-day workshop dedicated to Flipped Learning, an idea that has taken educators by storm! Why does this buzzword resonate with so many? Come learn about the four pillars of Flipped Learning (Flexible Environment, Learning Culture, Intentional Content and Professional Educator), discuss with colleagues energizing ideas as well as potential pitfalls of flipping your classroom, and learn about the technology that can support you and your students. Participants will learn how current technology tools and workflows are changing the way we communicate, teach and learn! On day two, discuss the role video can play in teaching and learning before digging in to create your own videos! Learn best practices for video creation techniques and spend workshop time creating digital content. Workshop participants should bring course materials needed to plan their flipped lesson. |
