| Description | |  Level Up - New ELA Standards and Instructional Shifts
Join Amy Schultz and LaRaesha Kugel as they unlock new levels which reveal the recently adopted ELA Standards and how you can begin to implement in the classroom. This session will provide participants with the power-ups necessary to achieve clarity on the instructional shifts, explore the ELA standards, and navigate through a new level of understanding.
Learning Outcomes
Tools, resources, and professional learning templates to ensure that educators can:
* Articulate a statewide vision of excellent ELA/literacy instruction for all Nebraska students.
* Describe the major standards revisions and how they contribute to the instructional vision
* Prepare resources for implementation of the standards and instructional vision.
In order to receive 1 credit hour from Hastings College, participants must also attend the June 13th workshop with Donalyn Miller. Cost is $225 per credit hour. |
