Description | | District team members will have a work day prior to the Implementation Evaluation session to pull together needed documentation; student data (except for spring benchmark data); instructional data; state assessment data; and, demographic data; and staff surveys that will be summarized and used within their Implementation Evaluation and Results Driven Accountability reports turned in at end of the school year. Technical Assistance will be provided to support writing, revising or updating the district’s MTSS Implementation Plan and organizing the information in all areas of the system of supports. During this work day session, participants will also preview the Evaluation Rubric and receive needed forms and instructions to prepare for the end of year documentation for the Implementation Evaluation.
Sub reimbursements, mileage
& registration will be provided/covered for participants that are
part of the ESU 9 PEaK project. |
