| Description | | This session will focus on
a system developed to provide coaching support for all teachers to reach full
implementation of a research based instructional model. Participants will
develop their district/school plan in establishing the rationale for coaching
support; building the infrastructure for the coaching process; outlining the
role of the coach and expectations for the process; allocating time for
coaching and documenting coaching support; establishing indicators to ensure
that coaching supports are impacting teacher growth toward implementing
effective, evidence based delivery of instruction that impacts student
achievement.
Sub reimbursements, mileage & registration will be provided/covered for participants that are part of the ESU 9 PEaK project. |
